Background

Working closely with Eric Hertz has proven invaluable in helping Sean with the experience necessary to best meet his clients’ needs. Sean brings extensive trial experience to the table for his clients’ benefit, having been part of the team to secure a verdict in excess of $6 million dollars in a personal injury suit as well as recovering millions for clients in cases including medical malpractice, trucking cases and wrongful death.

Sean’s experience with Eric J. Hertz, P.C., has helped him to co-author several articles dealing with damages from personal injury cases, as well as made him an in-demand speaker for Continuing Legal Education classes at the Georgia State Bar, teaching other attorneys the lessons he has learned.
Combining an extensive business background with his legal experience has given Sean the knowledge necessary to deal with the rigors of negotiating with both insurance companies and other attorneys, as well as navigating the waters of bringing a case to trial. In addition to being admitted to the State Bar of Georgia, Sean is admitted to the Federal Bar, having practiced extensively in the Northern District Court of Georgia, where he secured a million dollar verdict in a adversary case, before joining with Eric J. Hertz, P.C.

A Florida native, Sean finished his education at Georgia State University, graduating magna cum laude and as a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, before continuing his education there and earning his Juris Doctor degree.
Sean and his wife, Elvira, enjoy raising their twin sons Matthew and Noah, are active in their local church, and look forward to spending time with friends and family both here in their adopted state of Georgia, as well as back in Florida.

Sean is licensed to practice in the state of Georgia.
