Background

Representing the families of those who have been injured or killed because of the negligence of others is a tremendous responsibility for which I am very grateful.

After successfully representing large corporations, doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, and insurance companies in wrongful death and serious injury cases for the first seven years of my career, I left behind my partnership with a state-wide defense firm in Florida to begin representing the families of those who have been hurt or tragically killed.

I began that journey with one of the largest personal injury firms in the country, for which I built a successful, multi-state litigation practice group. I have recovered tens of millions of dollars on behalf of my clients, including a multi-million-dollar verdict in which the jury deliberated for less than one hour. I have been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers as one of the “Top 40 Under 40”, by Florida Trend as one of the “Legal Elite” and by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star”.

Over the course of  my career, I have won jury trials in a wide variety of cases, including those involving allegations of medical malpractice, products liability, negligent security, premises liability, and motor vehicle negligence.

After many years in Florida, I recently moved home to Georgia—where I was born and raised—with my wife and inspiration, Dana. We are the proud parents of two rescued dogs, Willa and Wonky.

Passionately and relentlessly pursuing the full measure of justice on behalf of my clients includes treating them like family.
